This washed lot comes from Ruiru Mills Estate in Kiambu, a 65-hectare farm now owned and run by Sasini, a Kenyan-majority company with a strong focus on fairness and community.

Sasini invests heavily in the wellbeing of its workers, providing housing, early-years education, union membership, and wages above the national minimum. Alongside Olam Specialty and a group of supportive buyers, they’ve also helped develop the local Njenga Karume Primary School — including funding a brand-new computer lab to give students the digital skills they’ll need for the future.
