Peru: Cajamarca – Catimor, Caturra, Pache, Typica, Bourbon – Washed – 1750m – brown sugar, cacao, cocoa powder, nut, red fruit, lemon–lime.

This 50/50 Brazil–Peru blend is roasted to an end bean temperature of 204–206°C for maximum sweetness and solubility, with just a small citrus pop to keep things bright without ever getting sharp.

In the cup, Daily Ritual leans into milk chocolate, brown sugar, and soft almond from our natural Catuai lots in Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil, backed up by cocoa powder, red fruit, and a gentle lemon–lime lift from washed smallholder coffees in Cajamarca, Peru. As espresso it’s syrupy and comforting; in milk it becomes a creamy, dessert‑like cup that cuts cleanly through flat whites, lattes, and cappuccinos without turning bitter.
