The Cup: Expect a smooth, sweet and chocolate-forward cup with a rich, rounded body. Caramel and milk chocolate lead the way, followed by cocoa and roasted hazelnut sweetness. As it cools, a gentle dried-berry note and soft mandarin-like lift bring balance and keep the finish lively rather than heavy.

Roasted for espresso, it is easy to enjoy black but has enough sweetness and body to stand up beautifully in milk.
