The Cup: Smooth, rich and indulgent, with cacao nibs, biscuit and dark chocolate at the core. Layers of caramel, nutty sweetness and ripe plum sit on top of a creamy mouthfeel, giving you a dessert-like cup that holds its own in milk and tastes deep and sweet as a straight espresso.

Pulled as espresso, this Paraiso lot produces a thick crema, low bitterness and a long, sweet finish that plays perfectly with steamed milk.
